Haas looking to build on opening 68 as second round begins at The Masters

AUGUSTA, Ga. – American Kevin Streelman is in the clubhouse at 1-under-par 143 as second-round play continues at The Masters.

Streelman birdied two of his first four holes en route to a 71 on a warm, sunny morning at Augusta National.

First-round leader Bill Haas, who opened with a 4-under 68, has an afternoon tee time.

Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Louis Oosthuizen were next at 69 after the first round.

Mike Weir of Bright’s Grove, Ont., opened with a 73 and birdied his second hole of the day as he continues play on the front nine.

Graham DeLaet of Weyburn, Sask., had an overall score of 7-over through 16 holes and is in danger of missing the cut.
