The most famous collection of murals in the Okanagan is getting yet another addition.
Artist Michelle Loughery is hard at work on downtown Vernon’s 27th mural.
The series of murals depicts various key characters throughout Vernon’s 120 year history.
One mural tells the story of Axel Ebring, a potter who was held in high esteem in the region for his quality glazes.
In his early twenties, Ebring relocated to Vernon to hone his craft.
The 30 metre by 15 metre mural is expected to be completed by mid-August.
