TORONTO – A broken watermain flooded a large intersection on Lakeshore Boulevard Wednesday afternoon just as rush hour began.
All lanes of Lakeshore Boulevard west of Parklawn Avenue have been blocked due to the flooding.
It’s not known what caused the break. There is a significant amount of construction in the area.
A woman had to be rescued from her car after it stalled. She was uninjured.
