The movie “WolfCop” has a brand new poster to show off, and there’s a Regina shout-out on it.
The artwork debuted online Monday. In the bottom right hand corner one of the characters is drinking a Mus Knuckle, brewed right here in Regina at District Brewing Company.
“WolfCop” won last year’s CineCoup contest. It’s a national competition where filmmakers submit a concept and a movie trailer, and then compete on social media to get their film made.

It was shot here in Saskatchewan, and the filmmakers tell Global News they have some very local references in the script.
The comedy-horror flick follows a werewolf who is a cop by day. The film writer says he draws inspiration from flicks like “American Werewolf in London” and, “Scream”.
