Police in Nova Scotia make arrest after man reported at large

<p>MILLBROOK, N.S. – Police say an 18-year-old Nova Scotia man has been arrested after a report of someone being unlawfully at large.</p> <p>RCMP say Kevin Brian Sylliboy of Millbrook was arrested Thursday without incident at a residence in the community.</p> <p>A brief news release from the Mounties did not provide any other details.</p> <p>Police say they were notified on Monday that an electronic monitoring device had been removed.</p>
