The luxurious, five-bedroom home belonging to imprisoned alleged mafia boss Vito Rizzuto is up for sale.
Located in Montreal’s Ahuntsic-Cartierville area, it’s listed at $1,995,000.
The estate is touted as “perfect for raising a family and entertaining” on Sotheby’s International Realty website.
Vito Rizzuto allegedly led the Rizzuto crime clan before he was incarcerated.
He was arrested in Montreal in 2004 in connection with racketeering conspiracy charges, including loan sharking and murder.

Following a lengthy legal battle, he was extradited to the United States, where he’s currently serving time in Colorado.
His supervised release date is October 6, 2012, and it’s believed he’ll spend the three-years under supervision in Canada.
Rizzutos in the spotlight
The Rizzuto family has especially made headlines in recent years.
On December 28, 2009, Nick Rizzuto Jr., Vito Rizzuto’s son, was shot and killed in Montreal’s NDG area.
Then, on May 20, 2010, Vito’s brother-in-law, Paola Renda, disappeared.
One month later, Agostino Cuntrera, who is believed to have taken control of the family, was killed on June 30, 2010. His bodyguard was also murdered.
Finally, on Nov. 10, 2010, Nicolo Rizzuto was killed at his home in the Cartierville borough of Montreal.
He was shot by a sniper outside his Montreal manor.
