There’s no word yet on how many surgeries have been moved back, or if the delays will go on past Wednesday – but the Interior Health Authority says an update will come tomorrow.

This isn’t the first time this winter surgeries have been pushed back at the hospital. In December, dozens of surgeries were postponed after an outbreak of norovirus that infected more than three dozen staff.
