Tieja MacLaughlin, 25, made headlines last month after being arrested in Kennewick Washington for allegedly threatening 19-year-old Tri-City Americans player Jackson Playfair.
She drove across the border to find him after learning that Playfair had been dating another woman.
MacLaughlin was charged with felony harassment.
She has reached a deal with the prosecutor’s office to have her charges reduced to gross misdemeanor.
Part of her plea bargain includes having no contact with Playfair.
