The byelection for Ward 3 will take place on Dec. 9.

Saint John Mayor Donna Reardon is urging voters to cast their ballots.

“We just came out of a vote in October and now we’re going back into a vote, but I would ask people to really consider getting out and casting a vote,” Reardon said.

“Take a look, you can look people up on Facebook. Try to understand what some of  their voices are saying, what their issues are for the city, and make a vote.”
