The other two injured in the shooting were a 36-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man, Grieve said.

“There was a large group of people here in some of the local establishments behind me,” Grieve told reporters. “We are in the process of obtaining video surveillance.”

Grieve said it is too early in the investigation to determine if the shooting was targeted or random.

“I don’t know the relationship between the parties … there might have been an interaction that happened earlier. I’m not sure yet,” Grieve said.

Grieve said the suspect vehicle is described as a dark, two-door sedan. He also said investigators believe shots were fired on the sidewalk and the suspect vehicle arrived to and from the shooting area.
