Celine Dion added to ‘ET Canada’ New Year’s Eve show

TORONTO — Celine Dion will add a touch of Las Vegas to ET Canada’s New Year’s Eve at Niagara Falls special.

The Canadian chanteuse will appear in a videotaped performance at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace during the live show, which will feature performances from Demi Lovato, Sam Roberts Band and Serena Ryder.

Thousands are expected to pack Queen Victoria Park in Niagara Falls, Ont. for the celebrations.

Dion recently released Loved Me Back to Life, her first English album in six years.

Also added to the line-up is Our Lady Peace, who will join the festivities from Vancouver’s Hard Rock Casino.

ET Canada‘s New Year’s Eve special, hosted by Cheryl Hickey and Rick Campanelli with Sangita Patel, starts at 10 p.m. on Global.
