EDMONTON – A lot of public dollars are going into some high profile projects downtown Edmonton, including the Royal Alberta Museum and the newly-named Rogers Place.

With the amount of public cash being spent in the core, it’s hoped that many private projects will follow.

In part one of a three part series looking into the changes happening in downtown Edmonton, Vinesh Pratap has a closer look at businesses moving to the area.

Over the past several years, the restaurant and hospitality scene has really picked up in the downtown core. And when it comes to finding a place to eat in Edmonton, downtown appears the place to be.
