Students of SAIT’s School of Hospitality & Tourism are thrilled to announce and invite you as their guests to attend their partnered dinner with Chef Joe Thottungal, “My Thali” Authors Table at the Highwood Kitchen + Bar! Join us at The Highwood on Thursday, October 19th from 5:30pm-9:00pm to ignite your taste buds as Chef Joe Thottungal and the SAIT Culinary students conjure up an exquisite 6-course collaborative feast, infusing traditional techniques from Chef Joe’s latest cookbook My Thali: A Simple Indian Kitchen. Tickets also include a copy of Chef Joe’s cookbook and the opportunity for book signing after dinner!
