Global Edmonton supports: Step ‘n Stride

The Step ‘n Stride event in Edmonton is Saturday September 9^th. Registration will begin at 9am and the walk starts approximately at 10:30am. Participants have the option of walking 1km, 3km, or 5km. Afterwards, everyone meets back at the starting point for the celebration party! There will be food and beverages, kids activities, door prizes, games, entertainment and more.

To get people registered, head to our website www.parkinsonassociation.ca  Register as an individual or a team and select Edmonton under the location option and follow the steps to get your account activated. Then the fundraising begins! The online platforms makes it easy to send emails for fundraising, sharing on social media, etc. You can see the progress of Edmonton here: Edmonton – Step n Stride 2023 (akaraisin.com). The goal for Edmonton is $115,000 with our total fundraising for the province to be $400,000!

All money raised supports the Parkinson’s community in Edmonton, and Alberta.
