The 13th Annual Shine the Light on Woman Abuse campaign is happening on Tuesday, November 1st at 5:30pm.

Each year, the campaign brings awareness to the issue of men’s violence against women. By participating, you show solidarity with abused women and support them in understanding that any shame and/or blame they may feel does not belong to them but the perpetrators of their abuse.

You’re invited to join this event person at Victoria Park at the corner of Dufferin Avenue and Clarence Street, to light the Tree of Hope. Guests are encouraged to socially distance and wear masks.

Speakers include campaign honouree Dr Jennifer Kagan and family lawyer Philip Viater, who will share insights on how we can better protect women and their children.
