BC’s biggest Bollywood dance company, SHIAMAK Vancouver, is proud to present spirit of INDIA, celebrating 75 years of Indian Independence. Join us for a power-packed celebration through music and dance of India’s spirituality, mythology (including a retelling of The Ramayana, one of the most largest ancient epics in the world), colourful festivals, flamboyant weddings, and of course, the brilliant glamour of Bollywood. The show will feature about 90 local dancers of all age groups, and runs July 8 at 7:30pm at the Bell Performing Arts Centre in Surrey.
