Come view and purchase artwork, proudly created by Ukrainian children from their bomb shelters. These drawings and paintings, created specifically for the people of Kelowna, were made by 5-12 year-olds from the city of Rivne, Ukraine. Their goal is to help their fathers and brothers. Exhausted civilian defenders, fighting for Ukraine’s freedom without any protective equipment. Admission is free, but donations are greatly encouraged. All proceeds will provide these heroes with the equipment they need most. As requested by the Mayor’s office and the Territorial Defense Units of Rivne, this includes body armour (from Milburn Mountain Defence in Quesnel, BC), along with other medical and tactical supplies. Please open your hearts and give generously. Together, we can save the lives of the brave Ukrainians who are desperately fighting for their survival. This event is presented by Kelowna Stands with Ukraine and The Rotary Centre for the Arts.
