The 2022 Hot Chefs & Cool Jazz Gala, in support of Junior Culinary Team Canada, will be hosted by Fairmont Pacific Rim Executive Chef Damon Campbell. Top culinary talent from the Vancouver and Kelowna areas will be providing exclusive dishes specifically designed for the event. Join us for a night to remember as BC’s top chefs get together for one night only. This experience is one you don’t want to miss. This year’s gala will also welcome Dawn Chubai as our master of ceremonies. In addition to her current role in Toronto as National Host at TSC, Canada’s only television shopping network. Dawn’s hosting resume includes cooking and real estate shows along with her previous role as Host of Breakfast Television Vancouver. Dawn is also an accomplished jazz vocalist and award winning recording artist.
