Jackie is the founder and artistic director of Saskatoon’s Free Flow Dance Theatre company which specializes in classes for adults and seniors. This 2 class session will focus on simple stretches and limbering exercises with a fun dance theme. Learn a simple routine and get your body moving during the winter months! Dance is good for the body, mind and spirit.
