The Vancouver Chamber Music Society presents the Vancouver Cello Quartet featuring a light and entertaining program promising a wide variety of arrangements of classical treasures from around the world including Mozart’s well-known Divertimento in D Major, Stravinsky’s Suite Italienne, Tchaikovsky, Bartok and more! Tickets are only $35 ($20 students) or purchase a subscription for even greater discounts at $85 for three concerts. Tickets and subscriptions are available online, over the phone, or at the door. The Vancouver Cello Quartet is comprised of four dedicated professionals who celebrate the unequaled sound of four cellos through the performance of original works and arrangements for cellos. Since their acclaimed debut, the quartet has quickly won the hearts of music lovers through their performances of staples of the classical music repertoire as well as contemporary and popular works, all of which showcase the limitless possibilities of the instrument they love.
