LEGAL RESEARCH HELP (adults recommended) – Plan on representing yourself or need legal research help?  Book a 30 minute Zoom appointment with Ken Fox from the Law Society of Saskatchewan who will help guide you through the many legal resources available.  The Law Society of Saskatchewan has no jurisdiction to provide legal advice, recommend a lawyer or act on an individual’s behalf.  Appointment needed Tuesdays & Thursdays, May 3rd through August 31st, 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  To book an appointment email community@saskatoonlibrary.ca For legal research help by email, contact reference@lawsociety.sk.ca

ON PARADE – We’ve always gathered on city sidewalks to celebrate, but the themes have changed over time.  View photos of parades for Traveller’s Day, Labour Day, Royal Visits and soldiers departing for war.  July 1st.

SASKATOON WORKS – Celebrate local workers and businesses.  August 5th.

FROM THE ROOFTOPS – Aerial views of the city from a time before drones, when tall buildings and planes offered the first looks at Saskatoon from the clouds.  September 2nd.

MAKE & LEARN UKULELE (children ages 4 to 12 recommended) – Make your own toy ukulele from household materials then learn how to tune and strum it with these instructional videos.  Facebook & YouTube Sunday July 4th @10:30am.

STRUM ALONG STORYTIME (children ages 4 to 12 recommended) – Read a picture book and then sing and strum it on a ukulele.  You are not required to have a ukulele to enjoy and participate in this program.  Chords and lyrics will be provided.  Facebook & YouTube Sundays May 16th through August 8th @10:30am.
