We will be taking our guests through our beautiful Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony step by step. Traditionally when coffee is made there is a set up and there is 1 coffee maker who makes coffee for the whole group. In this workshop you will learn how to set up for your ceremony and make coffee from start to finish. Our coffee is made from scratch every time, therefore we will be using raw coffee beans. We will roast it, grind it and boil it and make fresh coffee. We will be using traditionally equipment like our famous Jebna, which is a clay pot to boil the coffee. We also will be using Sini which is just a small cup to drink the coffee with. Class length: 1-1.5 hours Workshop Fee: Attendance only: $10. Work along with the artist – add on the souvenir for $20. The souvenir will arrive a week after the event. Please Note: This is an online workshop. You will be emailed a link before the event. Requires a computer, laptop or mobile device with audio.
