We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women’s achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. Our guest speaker Bean Gill will share her journey how about she’s challenged assumptions about leadership and ability. Finding my voice and the courage to lead After surviving sudden onset paralysis while on vacation in Las Vegas, she was faced with two choices: Give up or keep going. Although she wanted to give up many times, she chose to keep going. Through her journey, she learned so much and met some very amazing people who helped her find her confidence, purpose and voice. Living with paralysis opened her eyes to many injustices, inequalities and challenges that she vowed to change. As we grow as a human family we need to change and lead, join Bean as she takes you through her journey of finding her voice, maybe you will find yours too.
