Star Trek: The Motion Picture was the first installment of the Star Trek film series and premiered on December 7, 1979. It starred the cast of the original television series and forty years later, it is a cult-classic. Schedule: 6:00 p.m. Frank Florian, Senior Manager of Planetarium and Space Science, will take you on a journey of NASA’s Voyager program. Discover the launch and flight trajectories of the Voyager spacecraft and learn about the ground-breaking discoveries the probes made.
