Italian Cultural Centre’s 42nd Anniversary Fundraising Gala

The Italian Cultural Centre of Vancouver is holding a Fundraising Gala in honour of its 42nd anniversary. The Italian Cultural Centre is a registered non-profit society and registered Canadian charity. The mission of the Italian Cultural Centre is to “promote Italian culture, values and heritage and to share these with other communities”. We hold numerous cultural events throughout the year; we have an in-house museum with free admission to the general public; we have a large Italian-language library and we hold Italian language classes for children and adults. We also have a successful social enterprise catering facility which helps fund our cultural programs. Our elegant fundraising gala will be held at the Italian Cultural Centre on Friday October 4, 2019. Proceeds raised from the gala will go towards maintaining the physical structure of our aging facility (built in 1977) and towards our important language and cultural programs. The gala includes dinner, dancing and a silent auction. We will also be honouring Mr. Wally Buono from the BC Lions with an induction into the Italian Cultural Centre Hall of Fame.
