On Friday, August 2 at Tacofino’s Gastown Taco Bar, local drag queens Mina Mercury and Carlotta Gurl will step into the spotlight to host four fierce rounds of interactive Drag Bingo beginning at 5 p.m. for a suggested cash donation of $10. Extended Happy Hour specials will be available from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. and prizes will also be up for grabs throughout the night. Donations support two worthy causes: Vancouver Friends For Life Society, which provides support services to people living with life-challenging illnesses, and Foundation of Hope, a charity that offers financial assistance to other charities actively supporting LGBT+ asylum seekers, refugees and newcomers.
