Sherezad Abadi Perez, M.Sc,CCRP Founder of Fit Mind and Body Initiative Clinical Projects Management at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute (MWI IUHSSC) An overview of what stress means to the community will be explored and its effects on overall health will be reviewed. During the presentation there will be an emphasis on identifying good vs. bad stress and how to distinguish anxiety from mild stress on our daily living. Several strategies on how to positively cope with high levels of stress will be discussed and suggested as well as how to access services and the right support when needed.
