Delta Youth Theatre (DYT) will take audiences into a world of fantastical imagination this fall with the first show of their season, Willy Wonka Jr. running November 28 to December 2 at the Genesis Theatre in Ladner (Delta). Directed and choreographed by Tony Barton and Tracy Neff, the musical is based on Raold Dahl’s classic children’s story, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and tells the story of poor Charlie Bucket who wins a golden ticket to tour the famous candy factory of the reclusive Willy Wonka.
