CKNW is proud to support The Ghost Train in Stanley Park!

Join Jack on his strange and wonderful journey from October 11 to 31! Each year the Stanley Park Ghost Train takes our riders on a journey through a mystical and magical world, inspired by Hallowe’en and other spooky tales. This family event is open to all ages and offers a fright free glimpse of the whimsical world of ghosts and ghouls.

Plaza activities include:

Poor Jack! He may be dead as a door nail but instead of resting in peace, he wanders trapped in an ancient Celtic Halloween world where nothing is what it seems.

Join Jack on his journey as his lantern casts a light on floating Druids, a 12 foot monster and creatures barely human.

The Park after Dark

The plaza will be undead with the spooky sights and sounds of Hallowe’en.

Evening rides include a full performance with actors in the plaza and during the train ride.

• Monday to Thursday, 5:30pm to 9:30pm
• Friday to Sunday, 5:30pm to 10pm

Little Monsters matinee

The perfect daytime experience for families, school groups and others with children. Light on the fright with all the treats but without the tricks!

• Friday to Sunday, 11am to 5pm (last train at 5pm)

New this year: Ride all you want between 11am and 2pm…if you dare!

Matinee rides have no spooky actors or live performances, only static displays. Parental discretion is advised for children under six.
