Join us at A Mental Health Morning presented by ArcelorMittal Dofasco on Tuesday, October 2, a breakfast in support of Mental Health and Addiction services at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton. This year’s guest speaker, Margaret Trudeau, will share her personal story of living with bi-polar disorder and will remind others of the importance of nurturing the body, mind and spirit.
