Now a perennial favourite, this event raises awareness for Slow Fish Canada (a Slow Food initiative) and its role in protecting our oceans. The quality and variety of the ocean’s bounty are in the spotlight at this special dinner. A sparkling wine reception with canapes prepared by the culinary students kicks off the the roving dinner event where attendees wander through eight of PICA’s working kitchens, to watch popular local chefs in action, and taste each chef’s dish paired with a local wine.
