Join us as we celebrate spring with a collection of art that is blooming with colour and excitement. The Artists of the South Okanagan-Similkameen are pleased to be showing a collection of member works in their upcoming spring exhibit “Tip Toe Through the Tulips” at Leir House Cultural Centre, 220 Manor Park Avenue, Penticton B.C.
