Ever wondered what goes on inside the Calgary Courts Centre? On Saturday, April 21, Law Day will give you the chance to find out! A FREE event for adults and children of all ages, Law Day is held every spring across Canada to commemorate the signing of Canada’s Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Law Day offers opportunities for everyone to be entertained and educated about Canada’s legal system and the legal profession, including: live mock trials featuring favourite story book characters and local celebrities; free 20-minute legal consultations; courthouse tours, including a display of confiscated items; and 50+ booths and exhibitors!
