A talk to be given by constitutional law expert Professor Stéphane Beaulac of the Université de Montréal. His legal background is bi-jural (civil and common law); he graduated with a PhD and a Masters Degree from the University of Cambridge (UK), where he also met his wife Olga. Last year, he was in Britain to study Brexit and in the fall of 2014 he was in Scotland during the referendum on independence. His writing has won awards and has been cited by the World Court in the Hague.
