Join us in welcoming Bruny Surin, Olympic Athlete, as we enjoy an exciting evening of science exploration, silent auction and a 4D experience all for the benefit of supporting children so that they too can learn more about STEAM and space exploration. The Cosmodome Foundation is a fledgling fundraising group, in our 4th year. We run one event a year to raise monies to sponsor children to visit the science center and to be exposed to STEAM activities in the field of space sciences. n the short time we have been fundraising we have been able to support women’s shelters in the province, moms who bring their children for a day; small groups of students from schools who might not normally be able to visit the Cosmodome; children with handicaps or maladjsutements and many other individual children. To date we have sponsored 825 students and our goal this year is to raise enough funds to sponsor 500 students in the current year.
