The British Columbia Choral Federation (BCCF) presents: Light Up the Choirs, a series of five benefit concerts in support of wildfire relief. The premise is simple: gather a few local choirs together, take turns singing three or four songs each, collect donations at the door, and give the proceeds to the Canadian Red Cross BC Fires Appeal. The September 22 concert will feature the Magee Secondary School Choir, Solidarity Notes Labour Choir, EnChor, and Sounds Eclectic Vocal Ensemble for an evening of music. (Lineup may be subject to changes and additions.) Admission by donation. Any amount over $20 will be eligible for a tax receipt.
