An encore from last season! Fortunate Ones Catherine Allan and Andrew James had strong solo roots in Newfoundland’s music scene before joining forces. Now, the duo have performed in Canada and abroad, won a 2015 Canadian Folk Music Vocal Group of the Year Award, and were nominated for a 2016 Juno Award. They continue to charm fans and critics with their sweet accordion and piano-laced songs. Combined with their optimistic energy, The Fortunate Ones create a shared emotional experience between artist and audience.
