The Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre is proud to present the Women’s Summer Fair & Flea Market, returning to the neighbourhood for its second year in partnership with the City of Vancouver! We invite you to join us every Saturday from 11:00am to 4:00pm on the 200 block of Columbia Street (between Cordova and Powell) to celebrate and empower the artisanal efforts and skills of the women within the Downtown Eastside community, and throughout the rest of Vancouver. The Summer Fair provides safe income opportunities for women, hosting more than twenty-five vendors and artisans selling everything from arts and crafts to clothing, jewelry, housewares, snacks, and bannock. The fair runs until September 30th, and we would love to see you there!
