Festival of Trees, proudly supported by Global Saskatoon

  From Friday, Nov. 20 to Saturday, Nov. 28, Saskatoon’s Western Development Museum will be transformed into the Festival of Trees. Global Saskatoon is proud to once again sponsor this favourite local holiday event, benefitting the Saskatoon City Hospital Foundation and its Acute Care Expansion Campaign. The indoor event features beautifully decorated trees, wreaths, centrepieces, and gingerbread houses, as well as entertainment including photos with Santa, face-painting, Enchanted Storytime, and the Festival Town Square. Family Fairytale Night will be on Wednesday, Nov. 25 at 6 p.m.

The Holiday Market will be held on Friday, Nov. 20 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on Saturday, Nov. 21 from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Festival of Trees also includes special events requiring separate tickets:

• Royal Pajama Party – Sunday, Nov. 22 – This winter themed party will be full of magic, laughter, and cozy fun! Step into an enchanted afternoon as we ring in the season with our favourite characters. Wear your comfiest pajamas (royal robes welcome!) as we snuggle up to watch a short holiday movie with delicious buttery popcorn. There will be lots of activities, sweet treats, royal surprises, and plenty of photo opportunities. It’s a party fit for royalty!
• Father-Daughter Gala – Monday, Nov. 23 & Tuesday, Nov. 24 – Indulge in a scrumptious four course meal, experience engaging entertainment, and immerse yourself in the joy and warmth of the holiday season. Daughters receive a special gift and individually wrapped flower, plus each family will capture a special moment at the photo booth. A private viewing of the stunning Festival of Trees displays is the perfect opportunity to create lasting memories at the end of the night.
• Brunch with Santa – Saturday, Nov. 28 – As live characters bring smiles and laughter to the little ones, adults can relax and savor the delicious brunch buffet. Each child will be busy with a fun activity  and receive a brand-new book from our cozy bookshelf area. The excitement peaks when Santa makes his grand entrance, taking his special spot on stage! Every child will enjoy a personal visit with Santa, while adults capture the perfect photo opportunity.
