Come support CASA Mental Health and help raise mental health awareness at the Outrun the Stigma Annual Run 2026. The event includes a 5 km walk/run and 10 km run, followed by a mental health expo featuring local community organizations, businesses, and charities working in mental health. The route begins and ends at Kinsmen Park and travels through Edmonton’s beautiful river valley around William Hawrelak Park. This event is open to all ages and fitness levels. Registration fees and donations support CASA Edmonton.
