This Pony Express on the Prairies ride will be a mini-version of the original Pony Express in the United States between 1860-1861. The goal is to start the ride at Francis, SK at 10:00am on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The ride will continue along Highway 33 throughout the day and finish in Fillmore, SK sometime around late afternoon where there will be a final gathering, a canteen supper, and an after-event activity. The ride will be a distance of approximately 25 miles in a time of 6-7 hours, depending on the speed of the riders. A mail bag will be handed off between riders and transported along the entire route. Interested in joining in on the fun?
