Mikey’s Run returns to Burnaby Lake Regional Park on Sunday, May 31, 2026, bringing the community together in support of men’s mental health. Founded in honour of Mike, a passionate runner who quietly struggled with mental health challenges, the event aims to break stigma, encourage conversation, and create space for connection and support. Participants of all ages and abilities can take part in a 10K run, 5K run or walk, 800m kids’ fun run, or a virtual option. Funds raised support Mikey’s Legacy Foundation, helping expand access to mental health education, advocacy, and resources for men and their families. Mikey’s Run is a welcoming, family‑friendly event that blends movement, community, and purpose — reminding everyone that mental health matters and no one has to struggle alone.
