We hope you will join this community-based, family-friendly 5K run / walk in beautiful Pacific Spirit Park. Enjoy a random prize draw, light refreshments, inspiring speakers and music ! Since 2016, this event has expanded to 7 cities across Canada raising over $780,000 through sponsorship and fundraised dollars. Lung Cancer is projected to be the most-diagnosed cancer (32,900) and the number one cause of cancer death in Canada.
