The Steady Within is a new six-week series designed to deepen the tools of nervous system care while gently expanding capacity — helping the body move from simply recovering from stress to feeling strong, adaptable, and deeply resourced. Through slow, intentional yoga practices, breathwork, restorative stillness, and subtle sensory support with essential oils (always optional), each class builds on the last to strengthen the body’s natural ability to regulate, recover, and remain grounded even during life’s busier seasons. This is not about pushing harder — it’s about building a calm that holds, a nervous system that trusts, and a body that feels like home. ✨ Why Join This Series? 🌿 Deepen the Work If you joined Stillpoint, this series builds on those foundations — helping regulation become something you can access anytime, anywhere. 🧠 Train the Nervous System for Real Life Rather than only calming down, we explore how to move between activation and rest with ease, strengthening resilience and emotional flexibility. 🤍 Small, Intimate Group Limited to 6 participants, creating a safe and cozy environment with personalized guidance and space to truly unwind. 🌙 A Supportive Rhythm Weekly practice creates consistency — one of the most powerful tools for nervous system health. Weekly Themes Week 1 — Arriving in the Body A slow grounding practice to reconnect with breath, body awareness, and internal safety. Gentle movements invite the nervous system to settle and orient. Essential oils: grounding oils such as vetiver or cedarwood. Week 2 — Creating Space Yin-inspired shapes focus on hips, shoulders, and spine — areas where stress tends to accumulate. Stillness allows deeper unwinding and release. Essential oils: soft releasing oils like lavender or marjoram. Week 3 — Breath & Regulation Breath becomes the guide as we explore gentle flow paired with simple breath patterns that support nervous system balance. Essential oils: balancing blends such as bergamot or clary sage. Week 4 — Strength in Softness Slow, mindful strength building through controlled movement and longer holds, helping the body experience effort without stress or overwhelm. Essential oils: grounding yet uplifting oils such as spruce or frankincense. Week 5 — Expanding Capacity This class gently explores moving between effort and rest — teaching the nervous system that activation can feel safe and manageable. Essential oils: bright, supportive oils such as sweet orange or grapefruit. Week 6 — Integration Ritual: Sauna + Cold Plunge A guided closing experience using breath, heat, and cold to embody resilience and anchor the tools of the series into the body.
