Start your Sunday with an awe-inspiring view as the backdrop to a Hatha yoga session. This gentle, slower-paced style of yoga focuses on physical postures and breathing—which will be all the more restorative with a stunning view of Vanier Park, English Bay and the North Shore Mountains. This will be the ultimate way to reset before the week begins. Please bring your yoga mat. Mats will not be provided. Admission to the MOV is included with your ticket!
