Skip The Cold

Skip is helping festival-goers Skip the Cold at Festival du Voyageur with a cozy on-site pop up built to bring warmth, comfort, and connection to Winnipeg’s most iconic winter festival. From February 13–22, Skip, Canada’s homegrown delivery network, will be at Festival du Voyageur with Skip the Cold, a cozy outdoor warming destination where guests can step inside, warm up, and recharge before heading back out. Guests can step inside the, guests can enjoy a free premium hot chocolate, courtesy of Skip and customized by heat level for a fun twist — perfect for those who can’t quite handle the potency of Caribou. Outside, fire pits, blankets, and seating offer a comfortable place to warm up and take a break from the cold. Entry is exclusive to guests with the Skip app on their phone. Guests who purchase a $10 virtual Skip gift card on site (to keep or share) receive a Heat Kit featuring a Skip-branded winter bag and locally sourced essentials like cozy blankets and bold hot sauces.
