For 50 years, MOSAIC has helped newcomers build new lives in Canada. What began in 1976 as a small community organization to support people learning English, finding work, and navigating local support has grown into one of Canada’s largest immigrant-serving organizations. Today, MOSAIC operates from more than 50 locations, is supported by over 500 staff and 400 volunteers, and serves more than 33,000 clients every year. Our work is rooted in community, belonging, and the belief that newcomers strengthen the social, cultural, and economic fabric of our country. As we mark this milestone year, we honour the stories that brought us here and invite our community to help shape the next 50 years.
