To celebrate Fire Prevention Week kicking off on October 5, select local Firehouse Subs restaurants will be hosting their bi-annual Touch-the-Truck events – an interactive, community-focused activation at the heart of the brand’s mission to support public safety. These events will take place at various select Firehouse Subs locations across Canada, on Saturday, October 4. Kids and parents will have the chance to: Explore a real fire truck and emergency vehicle up close (and yes, kids can climb inside!) Meet and chat with frontline heroes who operate them Take home co-branded fire safety materials featuring Sparky the Fire Dog® Learn essential prevention tips directly from frontline heroes
