Edmonton Humane Society Winter Camps for Kids – Registration is Open! Looking for a fun, engaging way for your child to spend their Winter break? The Edmonton Humane Society (EHS) Winter Day Camps offer an unforgettable, animal-themed experience for young animal lovers aged 5-10! Your child will learn about animal care, welfare, and how to become responsible pet guardians, all while enjoying a day filled with hands-on experiences, games, and new friendships. Camp Details: Your child will spend their camp day in a safe and supervised environment, learning directly from our expert staff. Each camp includes a behind-the-scenes areas of our facility, and participate in creative projects that foster their love and understanding of the animal world. What Your Child Will Experience: Hands-on learning about animals, including their care, health, and behavior Engaging games and animal-themed crafts Educational discussions led by EHS staff and animal experts Opportunities to meet and interact with animals at the shelter Opportunities to contribute and give back to the shelter and it’s residents Making new friends who share a love for animals Who Can Attend: EHS Winter Camps are designed for children aged 5-10. Camps are divided into two age groups, with themes and activities tailored to each group’s abilities and interests: Junior Camps (ages 5-7) Youth Camps (ages 8-10)
