On Wednesday October 30, join Storytelling Alberta in celebration of Islamic Heritage Month. First, storytellers will transport guests to the Silk Road…and beyond, offering a sample of Islamic heritage. The second part will provide the opportunity to enjoy light refreshments, meet new people and engage in dialogue to increase intercultural understanding. Featuring traditional tales, personal poetry and historical stories from a variety of tellers, hosted by Madiha Madda. In person only. Tickets: $10.
